Have you experienced a talking therapy which you feel has gone wrong in some way or been harmful?

Researchers from the University of Sheffield are exploring what happens when therapy 'goes wrong' – this will help us to develop some practical ways to identify and prevent therapies from failing.

If you have had such an experience, either as a client or therapist, and you live in England, please take part in our study by completing the questionnaire, available from http://www.shef.ac.uk/scharr/sections/hsr/mh/mhresearch/adept

The deadline for receipt of completed questionnaires is May 2012.
