Cassel Hospital relaunches PD services

The Cassel Hospital is relaunching its residential, outreach and day services for people with personality disorder and complex needs. Dr Wilhelm Skogstad, Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychotherapy and Lead Clinician at the Cassel, told the PD website: “With our experience over decades of treating clients with personality disorders, we have found that they commonly experience a wide range of serious issues.

Mind publishes new booklet on personality disorders

Mental health charity Mind has recently updated its booklet ‘Understanding Personality Disorders’ – it is designed for anyone who wants to know more about the diagnosis, causes and treatment.

The new booklet Is available online and can also be purchased from the Mind online shop.

Emergence has contributed some content to this booklet plus emergence is in the ‘Useful Contacts’ section at the end of the booklet.
