A big thank-you to 'team Emergence website'

Any successful project is always a team effort – as the old saying goes, there is no ‘I’ in team.

With that in mind, I would love to thank a number of people who have contributed to Emergence’s new website (www.emergenceplus.org.uk).

Naturally, the first two people I should thank are Ann Grain from jag press & publicity (who as you know is advising and working with us on all our communications) and Nigel Skinner-Simpson, who has been working on the site’s infrastructure for some time. We are indebted to Ann for the words and inspiration behind the design and to Nigel for all his technical expertise and determination to ensure the site is easy to ‘navigate’.

I would also like to say thank-you to a number of other wordsmiths - Kati Turner and Ruth for the incredible content in the Carers section and Belinda Sosinowicz and Andy Brooker for the inspiring articles in the Arts & Creativity section.

To Lou Morgan we are indebted for all the content that was transferred over from the Borderline UK site, including all the information in the Research section.

Last but by no means least … where would we be without the artwork, photographs and poems which are either being used within the body of the website or are being displayed in the Gallery? Thank you to all of you who have allowed us to display your work and for the uplifting effect they have on the site and everyone visiting it.

This of course is only the beginning … let us all please ensure we keep new stories and artwork coming so we can keep the site up to date and relevant. And please watch out for the new sections including the launch of the Forums.

A big thank you to all!
